This is the EBOOT file to be placed in your BOOT.BIN which is in the /PS3_GAME/USRDIR/BOOT.BIN - eboot.
This may not be the correct one.
But, all the game is in the USRDIR folder, so if you take the above one.
It should work.
What you do is follow this guide and replace the file with this file.

I recommend you to do the following:

PS3 - Call.Of.Duty.Modern.Warfare.3.EBOOT.PATCH.118.USA.PS3-N0DRM -
Locate your "PS3_GAME/USRDIR/BOOT.BIN" and the place it into the PS3.
Rename it to eboot.old.
Download and replace eboot.old with the one below.
Right click on the eboot.old and click copy as...
Go to your "PS3_GAME/USRDIR/PS3.ISO".
Go to your "PS3_GAME/USRDIR/PS3.ISO" and paste the "eboot.old" in.
Right click on eboot.old and click paste as...
Delete all the other files/directories in your ps3
Now re-boot your PS3
